Frequently Asked Questions

  • If a lesson is cancelled by the student less than 48 hours before the lesson, the full price of the lesson is chargeable. However, if an alternative lesson time can be found on another day that same week I’m happy to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Invoices are sent at the end of each month and are to be paid by bank transfer by the 1st of the following month e.g. April invoice will be send at the end of April with payments due on May 1st.
