Frequently Asked Questions

  • If a lesson is cancelled by the student less than 48 hours before the lesson, the full price of the lesson is chargeable. However, if an alternative day/time can be found for that same week I’m happy to reschedule at no extra cost.

  • Invoices are sent at the end of each month and are to be paid by bank transfer by the 1st of the following month.
